Director and Choreographer
She began her studies in classical dance with the teacher Olga Del Barrio in her native city, Donostia. After obtaining a scholarship from the Guipúzcoa Provincial Council she joined the Institut Del Teatre in Barcelona to further her dance studies and graduated in the specialty of Contemporary Dance. She then moved to Madrid to broaden her studies at the Conservatorio Superior de Danza María de Ávila where she graduated with the highest mark and won the award for excellence.
She has danced with the Ballet Biarritz Junior Company and the Amaury Dance Company and performed works by Nacho Duato, Thierry Malandain, La Macana and Shlomi Bitton among others.
In 2013 she created LASALA, whose philosophy consists of investigating in order to generate a contemporary physical, aesthetic language.

In 2015, she created “GIZON HAIEK”, commissioned by Dantzaz Konpainia, for a joint program along with works by Itzik Galili, Jone San Martín, Lukas Timulak and Christine Hassid, which premiered in the Teatro Arriaga in Bilbao.
In 2016 Judith Argomaniz was invited to the Conservatorio Superior de Danza María de Ávila as a specialist teacher, restaging one of her creations.
The French company Cie BIVOUAC invited her as choreographer and ‘outside eye’ for the spectacle “A Corps Perdus- Opus 2” in 2017.
She was choreographer for the film DANTZA by the well-known director Telmo Esnal.
In 2017 she received the revelation award from the Association of Dance Professionals of Guipuzkoa, “for her potential with a promising future in the world of choreography and interpretation”.
Choreography assistant and dancer
Born in Zumaia (Guipúzcoa)
In 2005 he moved to Barcelona to start his training as a dancer at the dance school Company & Company.
In 2011 he got the Diploma in Primary Teaching at the University of the Basque Country in Donostia, and at the same year he joined the High School of Dance directed by Virginia Valero, where he performed works of La Macana y Toni Fabre, among others.
In 2012 he joined the Company Amaury Dance Company. In 2013 he worked with the Company Junk Esemble and in 2014 with Cielo Raso. He currently works as an interpeter in the Company LASALA.
Assistant and dancer
He began his studies in dance at the Professional Conservatory of Dance in Valencia. He continued his training at the Institut del Teatre in Barcelona and in CODARTS (Rotterdam Dance Academy) in Holland.
After receiving a scholarship he began working with Club Guy and Roni dance company as an apprentice and later on as a dancer.
In 2011 he started working with Staatstheater Oldenburg in Germany until 2014.
In 2014 he joined Staatstheater Mainz until 2016.
In 2017 continues his relationship with the company Staatstheater Mainz and returns to work with them as a guest dancer while working as a freelance.
Rubén is currently working as a dancer and assistant at LASALA.
She has been a part of different schools nationwide and internationally. Currently, she is receiving her higher education at the "Conservatorio de Danza de María de Ávila" in Madrid, where she has performed the choreographic works of Sharon Fridman, Fernando Hernando Magadan, Umma Umma Umma Dance, and Manuel Rodríguez, among others.
She has a bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Barcelona.
She has been a member of companies such as Plan B, Barbara Fritsche Project, Iker Karrera Company, as well as having participated in musical theater shows. She has won the Nunart and Nave73 prize in the SOS Emerging Choreographic Contest with "NEXO(S)," co-created with Paula Montoya.
She currently works as an interpreter for LASALA.
He graduated and graduated in classical dance at the Reina Sofia Conservatory of Granada. He is part of the postgraduate group of the C.A.D.

RAFKE VAN HOUPLINES
Born in Wilrijk, Belgium, on 3rd May 1996.
She started her professional dance education in the Royal Ballet School of Antwerp. In June 2014 she graduated from De! Kunsthumaniora Hedandaagse Dans in Antwerp. Meanwhile she passed with greatest distinction for piano in the Municipal Conservatory of Mechelen.
Rafke started dancing with Dantzaz Konpainia in September 2014.
In 2016 she joined LASALA.
Born in a small village of the Basque Country in 1993, she started to dance at the age of 3.
From 2010 to 2012 she continues her dance studies in Conservatorio Municipal de danza José Uruñuela .
From 2012 to 2015 Garazi begins her professional experience in the youth company Dantzaz Konpainia with repertoire of Itzik Galili, Lukas Timulak, Judith Argomaniz Jacek Przybyowicz, Jone San Martin ...
In 2016 she worked as a soloist dancer and assistant at the Baltic Dance theatre, participating at the Festival of art Diaghilev.
Garazi joined LASALA in 2017.
She began her studies and graduated from the Professional Dance Conservatory of Granada. She continued her training at the Andalusian Dance Center in Seville and at the "María de Ávila" Superior Conservatory of Dance in Madrid.
From 2014 to 2016, she was a member of Dantzaz Konpainia, with Adriana Pous as artistic director and repertoire of choreographers such as Itzik Galili, Lukas Timulak, Jacek Przybylowicz, Jone San Martin, Jorge Jáuregui, Christine Hassid, Judith Argomaniz, Paolo Mohovich, Vitali Safronkine and Josu Mujika.
As a freelance dancer she worked with companies like AiDo Project - Iker Arrue and Bialy Teatr Tanca, with Izadora Weiss as artistic director, Sharon Fridman, Antonio Ruz and CaraBdanza.

Technical Director and Lighting Designer
He qualified in Audiovisual Studies and Technical Production in Madrid.
He began his professional freelance career in 1997, as Lighting Engineer and Technical Coordinator in theaters, companies and festivals and with internationally acclaimed designers: Olga García, Felipe Ramos, Bernie Davis, Nicolas Fichtel, among others.
He is a member of the Association of Lighting Designers.
At present, he combines his activity as technical coordinator, lighting designer and teacher of “Lighting and Scenography for Dance” at the Conservatorio Superior de Danza María de Ávila in Madrid, with his work in companies such as Sharon Fridman, Antonio Ruz, Daniel Doña, Manuel Liñán, Estévez y Paños, Rojas y Rodríguez…
He is Technical Director and Lighting Designer for the LASALA Company.
Photographer and video producer
Renata studied photography in Poland and Ivasfot in San Sebastián. She completed her studies with workshops in Arteleku with Hellen van Meene, Bart Hess, William Selden, Eduardo Momeñe, Oscar Molina…
As a freelance, she worked with important Basque designers as Cállate la Boca, TheBasque, Virginia Ameztoy…
Travelling she collaborated with different ONGs making documentaries with Indian women and Burmese and Saharan refugees.
Jaione studied Technician in Administration and Finance at the Nazaret Zentroa in Donostia-San Sebastián. She has been part of the management team of national companies of different sectors: commercial, independent professional services, catering, as well as organising sporting and cultural events.
Her professional experience includes organisational tasks, logistic management and the area of administration and human resources.
Currently, she is in charge of the management and production of LASALA.
